Sorta Fall Break
You should be extremely thankful if you get a fall break at your college. Those of us at FSU don’t get one…we aren’t that lucky. I guess that’s partly due to the fact that the seasons don’t change down here. To make up for my fall breaklessness, I’m taking the next two days off. That’s right, this is my fall break. A few of us are going up to see the NC State game Thursday night. Fall Break + Football Road Trip = Mucho Goodness. We’ll see what’s going to happen since Sexton is starting quarterback (for now) and our starters are back in action. After the football game, I’ll be heading down to Athens to chill with Matt and Mary Beth to watch Georgia take on Auburn. Another game to watch this weekend is Miami vs. Virginia. So for the greater good of Noledom: Go Dawgs and Canes. Man, that felt dirty.
Attention Guys: Meet at Smokey Bones Sunday (11/14) @ 1:00 PM for some BBQ and NFL. We’ll be watching the Bucs take on the Falcons.
As a parting gift, here is this week’s Old School Videogame Review: Paperboy.
So unless I’m feeling extremely nice, you probably won’t hear from me until Monday. Don’t worry, I think you’ll survive until then…just make sure you come back (and Ali’s sister).

Single handed keyboards? Freaky.
Take any word and make an anagram.
This isn’t While You Were Out.

I'm currently living in Tallahassee, FL where I am a graduate of the Computer Science program at FSU and a C# web developer for a local software company.
ah, yes. those college days. i remember it like it was only a week ago that i was burdened with hours upon hours of sitting in a classroom…watching the clouds pass by one by one…and then wake up to realize that i’d only fallen asleep at my desk and everyone was gone and i was twenty minutes late for my next class. (and not to mention having to wipe up the drool pool in the shape of a volkswagen…and pretty well close to the same size!) and then i realize that it was only a week ago that these same incidents had happened. ooohhh. what happy times. so as i sit here watching the first half of the FSU/NCSU game i wonder: which would be more fun, giving a monkey a buzzcut or giving an orangutan an afro? or vice versa? i was also wondering, while still in the wild, if gorillas with mullets really are cooler than gorillas with bed-head?
