Huh?

Earlier this year I wrote a program for our site in Terneuzen, Holland. Basically they email us their orders in Excel, my program massages the data and enters it into our shipment conformation system. Well I guess they had a problem with an order or something because this was the first email in my inbox this morning:

Tatjana, zou jij eens willen kijken of de volgende orders per email verzonden zijn en anders nog eens proberen? Thanks

That my friend is how I like to start my day at work. Thankfully I don’t it was intended for me…at least I hope not.

Speaking of work, today is my last day before the holidays. I get tomorrow and Friday off since Christmas is on a Saturday this year. Can I get a w00t w00t l33t l33t ? However, if you have been good boys and girls this year, I will give you a post for tomorrow and possibly Friday. But only if you’ve been good.

I’ve also got a new poll today. Basically, I can’t decide who/what my Arch Nemesis #10 is going to be. Thus, you roll into the picture. And in case you are wondering how myself could be AN#10, I can sum that one up for you in a quote: “You are your own worst enemy.” Have fun and happy polling!

Time lapsed video of a monkey frozen for 30 years being thawed out.

Check out all the lightsabers from Star Wars.

Teen kicked out of prom for wearing homemade Confederate dress. Just as a side note, this happened in Kentucky. Also, here is a pic of her dress.

Speaking of thawing things out: Unwise Microwave Oven Experiments. And here is one based on my own personal experimentation: A CD (CD-Rs work the best), label side up, for 5 sec. I guarantee this will destroy any sensitive data on your CDs.

Decorate the Christmas Tree.

A likely story.

I find your new poll very difficult because I like both Joshua Starling and mayonnaise, therefore it is hard to call either an Arch Nemesis….but good luck with that :)

Sigh…that is quite a dilemma. But that’s ok, God still loves you for liking mayo. Here, I’ll add a neither option just for you.

    Josh,
That e-mail you got wasn’t a mistake. It was fan mail. You should have put it in the mail call section of your website. Here, me being fluent and all, I’ll translate it for you.

    Tatjana,

    Dearest Webmaster,
Since you have such a way with the ladies I need your advice. I just got my mail order bride in and she refuses to live in my windmill with me. What should I do about this problem?
    Thanks.
