At Last…Friday

Happy Friday boys and girls. Yes, it’s finally here. The only people I can think of that wouldn’t be happy about today are all the UGA folks on Spring Break. Sorry folks, its back to school on Monday. Speaking of UGA peoples, the good Captain made an appearance in Tallahassee this week. If you missed out on that, shame shame. The good times were a rollin’. Nothing makes me smile more than to see Matt stroll into my apartment with some tasty beverages in one hand and grillable meat in the other. And just a heads up, this Webmaster will be making an appearance in Athens in the not so near distant future. Rumor has it that this is the Senior’s last senior year at UGA, so I’ve got to party it up one last time…or two…or three.

In other green news, I survived the day yesterday by not wearing green to work. I did however put on a green shirt when I got home before I went back out. Sadly, I didn’t feel like wading through the drunken Irish wannabe masses for a cup of coveted green beer. Some things just aren’t worth it. There is always next year or that pack of green food coloring at Club Publix. Aye.

As for this weekend, we’ve got a few things going on. Tonight at the CCF House at 5:30 PM, we are kicking off our annual Heifer Project with Dave Potts. Be sure to stop by for some food and fun on the back deck. Then on Saturday Crossbridge will be having our monthly Cruise-In at 6:00 PM at the Whataburger Restaurant parking lot on Apalachee Parkway. Come on by and check out some awesome cars.
