Total Friday Sweetness

Happy Friday boys and girls!! Man, is it just me or has this week just dragged on? I’m sure it has nothing to do with the fact that the semester’s almost over with. Oh no…nothing at all… And speaking of classes, I wrapped this semester Monday. That’s one advantage to taking a PE class: no finals. However, I won’t be saying that this summer when I start taking computer science classes again. You win some and you lose some.
Quite honestly, I’ve got nothing today. This week has left me a hollow shell of a man. Plus I think I spent everything on yesterday’s post. And no, I don’t have a clue as to what I was thinking when I posted that. Who knows…but that’s what goes on in my mind. Scary, eh steve. I will say that I took my two nieces to the All Things New Tour with Casting Crowns, Chris Tomlin, and Steven Curtis Chapman. The concert wasn’t too shabby other than the fact it went three and a half hours long. But far the coolest thing was when Chris (yeah, we’re on a first name basis) asked everyone with a cell phone to light it up and hold it up in the air. An ultra modern day equivalent (read: non-terrorist) to flickin’ your BIC. Rock on my friends.
Finally, I have a new Artie’cle for you.
So I’m sorry for the weekending crappy post, but sometimes I can’t be helped. I hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend and I’ll see ya’ll on Monday.

I'm currently living in Tallahassee, FL where I am a graduate of the Computer Science program at FSU and a C# web developer for a local software company.
I have to admit that is does feel good to do something related to what I studied in college for so many year. I finally get to make maps and play with satellite imagery. If I make anything really good, I’ll send it to you Joshua.
Unless I go in and type something stupid like:
rm -rf /
Note: the satellite image was from a MODIS Terra satellite, interpolated to 250 meter resolution (for all you nerds out there).
Oh yeah. Happy Earth Day everyone!
