Confirmed

The programming gods hath smiled upon me. I have three programming assignments due this week and I’ve already finished them. Here, let me say that again: I’ve already finished them. I got one knocked out Sunday afternoon and the other two done last night. Heck, I’m still a little dismayed at the fact that it’s only Tuesday and I’m finished. I was expecting to be working through all hours of the night on Wednesday.
I think it probably has something to do with the fact that I’ve got a Java test this afternoon. I would like to think that, like the Grinch, my profs hearts grew three sizes when they made the assignment. On the other hand, I’m sure that it shrank a good five sizes with this response:
Me: “Just wondering, but are we going to get any kind of study guide or review for the first test?”
Teacher’s Response: “No. The book is the study guide.”
Ohhhhh…I see now. Silly me. You mean all 12 chapters worth of material is my study guide right? I’ve always known that, in general, programmers are arrogant butt-heads. That just confirmed.
And I can say that because I’m not an official programmer…yet. See what you have to look forward to? I think it’s people/responses like that that make us cold and bitter programmers. Basically that equates to a license to butt-head.
At any rate, remember me in your prayers about 3 PM today. I’ll be taking my test with vasaline in hand.
And remember, thee before thine except after thou.
OSLD: Just when I thought that things could not get any sadder on the internet…they do. And just a side note here…cats are evil. I’m talking about the devil’s evil minions.
Now when someone tells you to go to hell, here are all the documented entrances.

Creepy yet cool: Age Maps.
This game reminds me of T&C Surf Designs.
