Sweet Memories

Well, I don’t have much to post about today. I’ve been taking it easy the past few days trying to catch up on life and free time. I’d almost forgotten what it was like to have an almost normal life (I’m talking to you discrete math). Of course I’m constantly being “sobered” up by the fact that I have to register for Spring 2006 next week.
Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
So instead of talking about that process, that beast of a Hurricane (Wilma), and [insert something that makes me shake the fist], we’re going to sing Happy Birthday.
That’s right.
I’m a day late with this announcement, but it is still post worthy. Yesterday the NES turned 20 years old. It’s hard to believe that 20 years ago the first Nintendo went on sell in the US. That makes me feel just a tad bit old. Especially when you consider how many hours I put on that carpel tunnel inducing machine. Heck, I’ve even given it the #2 Arch Nemesis page. Quite an honor.
Anyways, you can celebrate by busting out your old NES or downloading an emulator. If you are feeling especially nostalgic, leave the ol’ NES some love in the comments section/forum.
Peace Out.
