Shotgun Wedding

Happy Monday peoples. This is one of those special “four-day weekend” weeks so woo hoo!
Well Friday I had my Computer Science I test and it wasn’t all that bad. There were some really nit picky questions like “What is the value of P(S1) from Chapter 8?”. Uhhh…yeah. Sure.
Hurray for multiple guess choice.
Shortly after the test, a group of us piled up and drove down to Tampa for Katie and Michael’s wedding (hitchin’). I must say that for an outdoor wedding in the middle of November it was really nice. Probably one of the best outdoor weddings I’ve ever been to. Katie opted out for the fall-themed wedding and she pulled it off very well. For a while there it looked like it was going to rain…it even sprinkled for a bit…but thankfully it didn’t. Afterwards they threw a rockin reception with lots of dancing and good food. On Sunday a caught a ride back with Kari and her parents.
By far the most unusual thing I witnessed this weekend was a runaway horse. No, that’s not some punny reference to an ugly runaway bride. As we were leaving Cracker Barrel Saturday afternoon, we saw this rider less horse running down the road. This old man (yes there are old people in FL) stopped his car in the middle of the road and tried to flag down the horse. I’m not kidding here. The horse just ignored the old man and continued on his leisurely jaunt. Thankfully there was someone else on another horse in hot pursuit.
I can cross that of my list of things I’d never seen before.
Finally, I made it back from Tampa uninjured this time.
PS, its back!! That’s right!!! The McRib is here again. So if you enjoy generic meat parts finely pressed into rib-like goodness, you need to head on over to the nearest Mickey-Ds. Pronto.
Peace out.
