The Weekend Hath Arrived

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy…its Friday! About dad’gum time too! This has been one of those weeks that has gone by kinda quickly yet has left me feeling beat down…like a woman on Lifetime. But I’ve got some vacation days that I need to cash in before the end of the year. So I think I’ve got a solution to that beat down feeling.

Thankfully I don’t have any studying or any college related activities to do this weekend. I might have to retrain myself to sleep late Saturday morning. Nah, some things your body doesn’t forget how to do. The game plan this weekend is to take things easy and enjoy the normal life. Yes, it shall be good. I’ve got a few computer games that I didn’t get around to playing because I’m sure I would have failed all my test if I had done so.

Smell that…it smells like normal.

Speaking of Saturday, Kari and I will be celebrating six months together. Man, it feels like I we started dating just yesterday. I guess time flies when you are having fun right? Heck yes it does! We’re going to a concert tonight at her church with some of our friends and then dinner and a girlie movie tomorrow night. Woo hoo!
