Merry Christmas Eve Eve

Ho ho ho peoples!! I promised you a post today so here goes:
So, Monday was my niece’s (Long Lost Weezer’s) birthday. I can’t believe the fact that she is thirteen! I remember the day in middle school when Mom picked me up and told me I had a new niece. Sixth grade…so long ago. Thanks, Weezer, you make me feel so old. Happy Birthday!!!
On Tuesday Kari and I went to see Chronicles of Narnia. It was very good. If you haven’t seen it, you should go and see it. I’m talkin’ dad’gum good here! Then, on Wednesday we went to have lunch with my parents in Thomasville. Afterwards, Dad and I stopped to look at a 2005 Yellow Mustang GT. Just so you know, Dad, I jacked up my Christmas tree so it will fit under there.
As far as Christmas plans, last night Matt, Artie, Jillian, Kari, and I all exchanged presents. (Just an FYI, Heather, us guys kept the debauchery at a minimum…yeah, that’s it…) I really appreciate all the cool swag!!
Now starts the insanity of family Christmas plans. Tonight, we have dinner and gifts with Kari’s brother who is down from DC. Tomorrow, Kari and I will do our personal Christmas, and then it’s off to Georgia for the Griswold Starling Family Christmas. We’ll wrap it up on Sunday with a little church and Christmas with Kari’s parents and grandparents. Monday we will rest and regroup.
So, Merry Christmas, Boys and Girls, and God bless us, everyone.
