Christmas Goodness

Happy Post-Christmas Wednesday everyone! Once again I’ve been a little slack in my posting to ye ol’ website. Monday was a work holiday and yesterday I was swamped with 1′s and 0′s and didn’t get a chance to do anything. But never fear, for today I’ve got a post!
Well, Christmas was awesome as always…all six of them. That’s right…Christmas was spread across four days and six events. Thursday I had Christmas with Artie, Jillian, Matt, and Kari. Friday night was Christmas with Kari’s brother. Saturday morning Santa came a little early and Kari and I exchanged our gifts to one another. Later on that night we drove up to GA to have Christmas with my family. And let me say this: Mustangs are not designed to carry 57″ air hockey tables. Thankfully the rear seats fold down and with a little redneck ingenuity we managed to tie down the trunk. Also thankful it wasn’t cold outside either…that would have been a long ride. Finally on Sunday I had Christmas with Kari and her mom and dad and again when her grandparents came over for Christmas dinner.
Whew!!
As far as Christmas loot goes, I received a wide variety of swag. I got the complete works of Shakespeare, Office Space: Special Edition with Flair, some camo overalls (which I wore without a shirt on), a book on backyard ballistics, and a FSU-type scarf just to name a few. Kari wins the “Best Girlfriend Ever” award for hooking me up with a Lego Millennium Falcon and some classic NES games!
So that’s Christmas in a nutshell. And yes, Kari did survive Christmas at the Starling household. Have fun everyone and I’ll see you tomorrow.

Sand Game (warning, this will cause you to waste massive amounts of time). Smaller version here.
Irish jockey stands up in saddle, waves whip, punches air in victory as he fails to notice the other riders still running the 80 meters to finish line. With pic goodness.
Old school soft drink (not pop) cans.
Bad: You fall off your bike. Good: Something cushions your fall. Worse: It’s a venomous snake, and you’ve really made it angry.
