The Dark Side of the Moon

Happy Friday everyone. I trust that everyone has had a great week and will have an even better weekend.
Well, last night I believe experienced the closest thing to LSD without actually doing the real thing. You see, Kari and I took her dad out for some BBQ last night and then we were going over to the IMAX theater to catch the fourth Harry Potter installment. Because everyone knows Harry Potter on an IMAX screen pwns your face like Dick Cheney.
Anyways, the movie was supposed to start at 7:00 PM but they pushed it back to 8:00 due to an earlier private showing. So we ended up with an hour to kill. And what better way to kill an hour than to go to the planetarium and watch Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon. Let me just say this…Wow. The music was, of course, awesome and the show was chock full of mathematical fractal goodness. Man I’m such a nerd. Normal people would comment on the trippiness of show. I was raving about recursion.
I would say I need to get more, but you see what happens when I do get out.
Anyways, if you get a chance you should stop by and check out the Virtual LSD Simulation show. And yes, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was amazing.
