Inner Workings, Vol 2

Occasionally I like to look over my logs and see what’s been going on behind the scenes on ye ol’ website. Mainly its just data like what types of browsers, operating systems, and screen resolutions access the site. I can also see which IP Addresses are the heavy hitters and so on.

My favorite part is seeing which pages are accessed the most and from where. I can also check out which search engines were used to get people here and what phrases were used. Here are a few of my strange favorites over the last two months:

“male cheerleading uniforms” – Like, totally not a clue.

rhinosoros – What?

rednecks with mullets – I can understand that one.

sanderson farms and hormones – No chemical chickens here.

seabass and the guys pick up – ???

jello pudding cups – Thanks Artie.

legend of zelda the raft to get to level 4 – Idiot.

ugly birthday – Had many of those.

homemade lightsabers – I’m not that big of a nerd. Well, there was this one time…

“pimp commandments” – Thanks Matt.

hairy journay – I got nothing.

i got my vans on and they look like snickers but i got my jordans on and they are real snickers – Congratulations.

There were also a ton of Mustang and Street Fighter II (from the OSVG) related searches.

I also found out that a bunch of MySpace pukes were hocking some of my images to use on their cry for help blogs.

Struck a nerve? Yes.

Its not a bandwidth issue as it is an ethical issue. So while I’m planning a revenge of sorts, allow me to give you Arch Nemesis #10. This one has been festering for a long time.
