It was awesome…everything that I had hoped for and more. I recommend this movie if you like over the top ridiculousness with a hint of OMG. Unless, Dad, you don’t like snakes.

In other news, I have yet to meet my quota of a solid week of posting. Yes…I know…I got nuthin. I have two unfinished posts that I never got around to completing. Why? I’ve been distracted by a side project. I’ve got a web and Oracle server running on my PC. Now I need to do some stuff in Microsoft SQL Server and I don’t want to install it on the same PC as Oracle. While I’ve never heard of that being doing before, it just sounds like bad mojo. Instead I elected to install Virtual PC and create a Virtual SQL Server.

Needless to say, the documentation was a bit lacking from Microsoft. Setting up the Virtual PC with SQL wasn’t a problem. It was getting my desktop to “talk” over the network to each other. Technically I have two different PCs running on the same hardware, so there’s no such thing as a wired network. After many late nights searching on Google, I finally got it up an running.

Not quite as awesome as Snakes on a Plane…but close.

Anyways, that’s been my last few days.

And yes, I still love my job.
