OK boys and girls, I’m not connected like a telephone switchboard. After toiling for many…many long hours and even longer nights, I finally have a new AIM name. Are you ready? Wait for it…wait for it…here it comes:

Yes. Its sooooooo original. Just for the record, I really hate coming up with user names. Its not going to win me any creativity awards, but it gets me online.

So I’ve shaken the husk-like confines of GhettoHillBillyJ, a virtual cocoon if you will, stepped into the world of Meebo.

What is Meebo you ask?

Meebo is a web based instant messaging client that allows you to have multiple, cross-platform accounts on one buddy list. For example: When I log into Meebo, I get one buddy list that contains contacts on AIM, Yahoo! and MSN. So now instead of installing three different IM clients and managing three different logins, I can do it all from one place. The cool thing is that, unlike AIM Express, everything happens inside the browser. The buddy list and all the chat windows are confined to a Firefox tab or IE window. There’s no extra windows floating around on your desktop.
