And I’m spent.

What a week boys and girls. Not only did I start school this week but I also finally started programming at work. We’ve finally moved (or at least starting to) away from the documentation and planning phase to the programming phase of the project. It’s been really nice to get in there and roll around in some ASP.NET code with a hint of AJAX. Hence the lack of posting goodness yesterday.

On top of that, I spent a solid four hours last night playing around with C++ code on UNIX for a homework assignment. And I would hardly call it playing either. It was more like finding out how rusty I’ve become at working inside UNIX. But the good news is that I’ve got all my homework done before I leave this weekend. Ah yes, it’s so good to be back in school.

Finally, I’m heading up to Tennessee for the long weekend. Kari’s family has a tradition of going up to Gatlinburg during the MLK holiday. So I’ll be good to get away for a days and enjoy one last vacation before the long haul. We are also going to be stopping by and visiting my brother for the last segment of our everlasting Christmas. I’ll be returning on Tuesday and I’ll hopefully have a post up in Wednesday.

Just a minor suggestion, but my birthday is coming up in March.
