Midterm Terminated

Whew! I’m glad that’s over! It wasn’t all that bad. I was really surprised to find out that the study guide our provided us was dead on. Usually, as in the case of last semester, he would put down something like, “Write down the code to perform a TVector.PushBack()” when the question on the test would be, “Write down the code to perform a TVector.PopBack().” So I spent all weekend and Monday night creating my own study guide that covered all cases. It turns out that I didn’t even need it…but it’s all good stuff to know anyways. Next up I’ve got a project due on Nov 7 and another due on Nov 14.
Let the fun begin.
In other news, I’m declaring chemical warfare on my lawn today. I’m going to attempt to kill/prevent weeds without killing the grass. The plan is to perform a winter weed and feed, wait six months, and reseed the grass in late April/early May. We’ve also started trimming back the bushes and raking up leaves. And yes, the kudzu and poison ivy/oak battle rages on.
Well, that’s about it for me. Yes, I’ll have a post tomorrow. I apologize for the lack of posting goodness this week. Things have been crazy go nuts.
