Six Monthaversary

Happy Monday boys and girls. Dang! I didn’t realize I haven’t posted since the 9th. Last week was crazy busy. I had a rather in depth report the differences between selection, insertion, heap, merge, quick, counting, and radix sorting methods. That was due last Wednesday. By the time it was all said and done, the report ended up being about 21 pages with lots of pretty graphs. I’m glad that’s over.
Then on the work front, we had to deliver the beta version website I’ve been working on for over a year and a half now to the client. That was due on Wednesday as well. My luck. So I ended up coming in on Saturday to work for four hours to do some bug fixing. Thankfully we met the deadline and so far the client hasn’t reported any “major major” problems. And since I ended up working most of Saturday, I had to do most of my school work on Veterans’ Day.
Joy.
In more recent news, six months ago from today Kari and I got married! Man, does time fly! I can honestly say that we are doing very well and really enjoying married life
. We’re still working on the house and things are slowly improving. We’ve been trying to get the house ready for some furniture my parents are giving us and for family visiting over Thanksgiving. Mom and Dad did come down last night with a load of furniture for our guest room. Thanks guys!
Well, that’s about it for me today. I’ve got to start programming for an assignment due next Wednesday. I need to get a head start on it since I’ll be busy for the holidays.
Stay classy.
